This is a FREE exhibition. Membership dues must be paid in full to participate in this exhibition.

Exhibition Schedule: Entries accepted June 13, 2020 through June 21, 2020.
All subjects, all media accepted. One entry per artist, the first fifty (50) entries will be accepted.

Exhibition Policies and Standards are waived for this exhibition – EXCEPT for Rule 8.
Rule 8: (paraphrased) Any artwork exhibited in a PSA JURIED Exhibition is not eligible for this exhibition. Please refer to your PSA Membership Directory or the PSA website for full wording of Rule 8.

Entry Package: Digital image, artist’s statement, plus additional info as listed below.

Entry Requirements: Artist’s Statement: 25 words minimum to 150 words maximum please.
Digital image: One digital image of artwork. Digital image can be one of these file formats: TIF, PSD, EPS, JPG, large high resolution file, minimum of 6MB, long side of image 7 inches or 2100 pixels. All submitted images need to be in focus, no reflections on glass and submitted images need to be in focus, no reflections on glass and without picture frame if possible. Best view of 3-D artwork, background needs to be plain. Image of artwork should fill frame as much as possible, without distortion. Images that do not meet the specifications will not be used.

If you are using a cell phone camera please select the largest file size possible.

Entry Procedure: Visit PSA website Members Only/Exhibitions page and follow instructions to submit your entry.
Please have the following files and info available when you are ready to fill out the online entry form: artist’s statement, digital image, media, overall size, price, contact info and link to website or online ecommerce ready.

Follow instructions and submit. To ensure the proper credit for the artist, please follow the requested naming convention.

All sales transactions are between you and your customer. You are responsible for collecting sales tax, NOT PSA. If you sell your artwork PSA requests a donation of 10% based on the gross sales price. 

If you don’t have an image that meets the above requirements,

PSA will photograph your artwork free of charge by appointment only Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20.

The location of the photo studio is 333 Marathon Road, Altadena, 91001, cross street Marengo. The photo studio will be open from 10 am to 4 pm both days.

The appointment schedule, in 10 minute slots, will be available online at, starting Saturday, June 13, and ending Wednesday, June 17.
