 nd sodas.\n\nWe’re back!  And we’re starting a new program of sharing our 
 art and getting feedback from our member friends.  \n\nAre you stuck?  Do 
 you want friendly feedback about your work?  Do you want to see work that 
 other members are creating?  Do you want to connect with friends and make 
 new ones?  Do you want to talk about art?   Then come to our March meeting
  and Art Critique.  \n\nDon’t be alarmed by the word ‘critique’. \nIt does
  not mean critical\, and we have one rule:  \ncomments must be articulate\
 , kind and specific.  Just saying “I like it.” or “I don’t like it.” isn’t
  allowed.  What do you like?  Is there a specific suggestion that would he
 lp the piece be stronger?  What was your first impression of the work?  \n
 \nHere’s how it works:\n\n·  Bring one artwork.  It could be a work in pro
 gress\, or a work that is ‘almost’ finished\, or fully finished.\n\n·     
 Participants will have 5 minutes to discuss their work:  their inspiration
 \, their process\, and any challenges they had/have with the piece\n\n·   
   The audience will have 5 minutes to respond with what they see\, make su
 ggestions\, or offer comments.    \n\n·    Participants will be chosen at 
 random – names drawn out of a basket.\n\n·    The number of participants w
 ill be determined by how many show up and how much time we have.   Those w
 ho are not able to present this month will get “first dibs” for next month
 ’s drawing.
