To all PSA members -- 

Below is the proposed final draft of the revised Bylaws. We will be voting on the adoption of these Bylaws at the June 2, 2018 meeting.  

These Bylaws were prepared by the Bylaws Committee for the purposes of (1) accurately reflecting PSA's current organization, (2) simplifying the language of the Bylaws, and (3) providing structure to PSA's operations without becoming restrictive.  

It is not the intent of the Bylaws Committee to address every procedural issue that may arise in conducting PSA business in the future, but it is the intent of the Committee to propose a workable structure upon which decisions may be reached. 

NOTE:  If you cannot attend the meeting June 2nd, but have concerns or questions about the Bylaws, please email Robert.
